Founder & General Partner

Ben graduated from Stanford University in 2020 after pursuing a degree in Film, Media, and Music. Ben served as a music supervisor at Electronic Arts, Inc. from 2020-2022 where he was the music supervisor of soundtracks for games such as FIFA, Madden, F1, and The Sims.  Ben is the youngest ever winner of the Guild of Music Supervisors Award for his work on FIFA 22.

Ben started his own philanthropic foundation at the age of 14, which organized concerts across the US to benefit various philanthropic causes. Ben departed from EA to pursue his own endeavor as an artist and songwriter in Los Angeles and continues to collaborate with founders and creatives alike.

Advisor

Maurice has been with Western Technology Investment since 2001 and is currently Chairman, having served as CEO of the firm from 2009 to 2021. Maurice is the Director of the Stanford DAPER Fund and is an advisor to Innovation Endeavors, Major League Baseball, Streamlined Ventures, Learn Capital, Cendana Capital, Garuda Ventures, and more.

Maurice also founded and served as CEO of Left at Albuquerque, a venture-backed chain of restaurants. Prior to business school, Maurice worked in corporate finance at Robertson Stephens. Maurice holds both a BA and MBA from Stanford University and is a member of the Stanford Board of Trustees.
