Ben Werdegar

Ben graduated from Stanford University in 2020 with a BA in Film & Media, with a specific focus on aesthetics and music in media. Today, Ben is a generalist investor with a special interest in space, energy, defense, and Bitcoin applications. Prior to starting Sparkwave, Ben served as a music supervisor at Electronic Arts where he became an award winning music supervisor for curating the soundtracks of games such as FIFA, Madden, F1, and The Sims. Ben is the youngest ever winner of the Guild of Music Supervisors Award for his work on FIFA 22. Ben eventually departed from EA to pursue his own endeavor as an artist and songwriter in Los Angeles and continues to collaborate with a vast network of founders, creatives, and investors.
